STEPHEN NAYLOR - LEAD
TRAINER/ASSESSOR Steve is a retired police officer having served 31 years - with much practical first aid experience. He has been actively involved in First Aid since 1963. This involvement has been with all 3 voluntary services - St John's Ambulance Service, British Red Cross and St Andrew's Ambulance Association. Steve has also been a First Aid Trainer since 1980 and since then has taught First Aid at the Scottish Police College, Kincardine on Forth, for Central Scotland Police, St Andrew's Ambulance Association, Clackmannan and Lauder Colleges of Further Education and the Central Scotland Heartstart campaign. He has also taught for numerous charity groups in his local area and for several members of the Fife Licensing traders Assoc. He holds an S.Q.A. trainers / assessors certificate up to D33 level for first aid training. He also holds a trainer / assessor award for the training and assessing of manual handling, anaphylaxis awareness courses, and A.E.D He set up First-Aid-First with Brenda Fleming in April 1999. |

BRENDA FLEMING Brenda qualified from Manchester University in 1976. She has held a wide variety of posts, including 6 years in rural Africa. Her last post in the NHS was as Consultant in Accident & Emergency at Stirling Royal Infirmary. She has several years experience of teaching in the Pre-Hospital field at all levels from lay persons through first aiders to doctors. Brenda also teaches on Major Incident courses as well as Sports First Aid courses for the National Sports Medicine Institute. Brenda often assesses courses for St Andrew's Ambulance Association and First-Aid-First. Brenda has revised and updated manuals for the National Fire Service College and BASICS (British Association for Immediate Care), and has written a course on Specific Chemical Hazards for a well known chemical company. |

Frances Maria Miller BSc - Trainer/ assessor Frances holds a degree of Bachelor of Science with a diploma in education. She has been a first aid trainer since 1997 and also holds an S.Q.A. trainers / assessors certificate issued on their behalf by St Andrew's Ambulance Association up to D33 level for first aid training. She also holds a trainer / assessor and risk assessor's award for the training and assessing of manual handling and its risk assessment.. |

MOIRA HILDITCH - TRAINER / ASSESSOR Moira holds a diploma in teaching and also holds an S.Q.A. trainer / Assessor's certificate issued on their behalf by the British Red Cross up to D32 level for first aid training. Moira has been actively involved in First Aid since 1990 and has been Instructing in same since 1990 with the British Red Cross, and the Lagta Training Group, Falkirk. |
